Beautiful bungalow, really clean, has all the facilities you’d need for your stay (including a cute outdoor area and a grill!). The owners are also very responsive. It’s only 1.5 hours away from ocean city and DC making it a great place to stay if you want to visit ocean city and then have a nice quiet relaxing place to go to at the end of the day.

Amazing place to stay. Beautiful inside and out, felt like a small piece of heaven. The nature alone was breathtaking. Add this amazing place to stay and it was just what we needed. I also want to thank the hosts for their thoughtfulness. We traveled for a family funeral and they had a beautiful flower arrangement delivered to us.

Such a fantastic place to relax and recharge! The house is super cosy and well thought out — we loved the little touches like the free coffee and snacks. It was spotless when we arrived, and check-in couldn’t have been easier. The bikes were a real bonus and made it easy to explore the area. Just a short walk down the road is a free outdoor gym, and you’re only a 10-minute drive from supermarkets and fast food if you need anything. The nature around the house is beautiful, and it really has that quiet, local feel — but you're still only about 1.5 hours from Washington if you’re in the mood for a day trip. The kitchen is really well equipped and made it easy (and fun!) to cook meals together. The host was kind, responsive, and easy to reach the whole time. Ideal for two couples or a small family — we’d happily come back.

our stay at the Tuckahoe bungalow was excellent. the interior and exterior were in great shape and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the area called Queen Anne was charming and a very short distance from quaint towns and everything you need. Ross is an excellent communicator so we didn't have any issues with check in or check out. would highly recommend a stay at the Tuckahoe bungalow. we are also Airbnb hosts so we appreciate all of Ross's work and considerations for guests.

Everything about the Tuckahoe Bungalow was absolutely perfect. Communication was pro-active and friendly. We knew what to expect and received excellent directions and check-in instructions, making it a breeze to get into the house as soon as we arrived. Check out instructions were also clear and were not at all demanding. The Bungalow is exceptionally clean and so nicely decorated. Everything is intentional and immaculate. We took advantage of the fire pit one evening, and were impressed with the amount of supplies that were available. There were even snacks thoughtfully left in a basket in the kitchen! Usually, we need to go to the supermarket and buy paper towels, toilet paper, etc., because there is a minimal amount at the accommodation upon arrival. Not here! There was extra of everything, and even shampoo/conditioner/body wash/dish soap were provided. We were very comfortable here and the location was perfect. I would love to stay again when we are back in the area.

Ross's home is a lovely home, set back from the main road. It was in pristine condition when we got there, and it would certainly be adequate for a family of four--especially in the good weather. The outside is quite nice--quite peaceful. It is close to bigger towns around, easy driving, great stores within a 20 minute drive. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

We were in-town for a wedding on the Eastern Shore and this was the perfect place to come back to from a busy weekend. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. Ross also had some great recommendations on food that we throughly enjoyed! Out of the Fire was a fantastic dinner as well as the Piazza Market. Would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Striking scenery with peaceful surroundings. I found the host to be proactive and incredibly flexible with the check-out process. The home itself was well lit with natural lighting and completely spotless. I also enjoyed the occasional visit from wild birds! The only place worth staying in if you're in the area. Leagues better than the local commercial hotel!

If your preference is a quiet place off the beaten path, this is for you. Ross’s Bungalow is a gem! I don’t write this lightly. We have stayed at many airbnbs over the years. This cottage is charming, clean, quiet. It is so thoughtfully decorated with many amenities thoughtfully available to make for a comfortable stay. We came to the Eastern Shore to cycle. This is a central location for several bike routes. It is located about 20-30 min from the busier tourist towns - St. Michaels, Easton, Oxford. Easy to explore these towns and then come back to this really peaceful place. It was wonderful! Would have liked to stay longer. Thank you Ross and Chelsea.
